tk_1000a/b_scf, tk_1000a/b_scf_diff for HRS18006

Estimation of helium SCF in the two buffer tube setups on the HRS backend TK_1000A and TK_1000B. These tanks contain only high pressure gas.

To calculate the gas volume, the density of the helium is calculated according to the pressure PT_1000A or PT_1000B and this is multipled by the empty tank volume to get a mass of helium in lbs, which is converted to SCF.

tk_1000a/b_scf_diff` metrics are way of estimation of how much of the gas was pulled from us by customer during the heat.

The empty volume of TK1000A&B = 182.4 ft3
