tk_100_scf for HRS18006

This metric calculates the inventory in the front end tank TK_10 at 18006. This tank contains only low pressure gas.

To calculate the gas volume, the density of the helium is calculated according to the pressure PT_100 and this is multipled by the empty tank volume to get a mass of helium in lbs, which is converted to SCF.

The empty volume of TK100 = 2882.15 ft3
