Argon inventory inside subcooler HXR750 using the HXR dimensions/specs and PDT_751ALT data. Estimate includes ONLY the liquid SCFs.

As part of the calculation PDT_751ALT is converted from inches of H2O to inches of argon height.

hxr_750_ar_scf = content of bottom head + tube volume + content of top head. The height of liquid in the tank based on PDT751ALT. The pressure is PT601.
